Songs are meant to celebrate people. We don’t make songs, and you may not use ThruMemory, for:

• sexual content, and anything sexual involving minors;
• hate, harassment, bullying or humiliation of a real person;
• threats or encouragement of violence or self-harm;
• false statements meant to damage someone’s reputation;
• private information about someone that they wouldn’t want shared (for example health details, addresses or financial information);
• imitating real artists – using their names as style references or copying the titles, lyrics or melodies of existing songs;
• content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity;
• impersonating another person or organization.

You also may not misuse the site itself: no automated ordering or scraping, attempts to break or bypass its security, fraudulent payments, or spam through our forms.

What happens if a request breaks these rules

We will contact you to adjust the request, or cancel the order and refund it. Accounts that repeatedly break these rules may be suspended. If you see a song page that breaks these rules, please tell us.
