What goes into a lullaby
- The baby’s name and why you chose it
- The day they arrived – or the day you found out
- The people waiting to meet them: siblings, grandparents, pets
- A wish for them, said simply
A gift for new parents
Grandparents, aunts and friends often order a lullaby for a baby shower or the first weeks at home. Tell us the parents’ names too, and the song can welcome the whole family.
What to tell us for a personalized lullaby
You don’t need to answer everything – two or three real details are enough. These questions help you find them:
- What is the baby’s name – and how do you say it?
- How did you choose the name?
- What happened on the day they were born (or the day you found out)?
- Who is waiting to meet them – a big sister, a dog, grandparents?
- Which sounds fill your home: rain, a train, a family song?
- What do you whisper to them at night?
- What do you wish for them as they grow?
- Is the song from the parents, the grandparents or someone else?
Example: a lullaby made from family details
An illustration of how a few details turn into lyrics – your song is written from your own story.
The details
- Baby Leo was born during a snowstorm
- Big sister Ava wants to teach him to ride a bike
- Dad hums the same tune every night
Lines they could become
Hush now, Leo, the snow came down,
the night you were born it covered the town.
Ava is waiting to show you her bike,
and Daddy hums the tune that you seem to like.
Close your eyes, little one, the world can wait,
we’ll be right here, Leo – it’s getting late.
Gentle styles for a lullaby
- Acoustic, slow and gentle – guitar or piano and a soft voice – the classic lullaby sound.
- Soft pop – a little brighter, for a song the family can sing along to.
- Slow country – warm and simple, for a lullaby that tells the family’s story.

How it works
Answer a short questionnaire about them – about five minutes. We write the lyrics, produce your song (two versions with Standard and Express) and a person checks it before delivery. See every step on How it works.
Questions about personalized lullabies
Can it be for a baby who isn’t born yet?
Yes. Use the name you have chosen – or a nickname – and tell us what you are looking forward to. You choose the moment to play it.
How slow and quiet is it?
Choose the “Slow & gentle” tempo and the “Tender & heartfelt” feeling, with acoustic or pop. We keep the arrangement soft so it works at bedtime.
Can the lullaby include siblings’ names?
Yes. Add brothers, sisters, grandparents or pets – a lullaby can introduce the baby to everyone who loves them.
Can we play it every night?
Yes. You get an MP3 to play on any phone or speaker, and a song page to share with the family.
