Every ThruMemory song is a digital product. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery fees.
How you receive your song
- An email with a link to your private song page: a player, the lyrics, an MP3 download and a QR code you can print on a card.
- The song is also saved in your account under My songs, where you can sign in with your email at any time.
Delivery times

For Standard and Express, the delivery clock starts when you approve your lyrics, because recording begins only then. If something will delay your song, we let you know by email.
Changes
Changes included in Standard (1) and Express (5) are requested on your song page and are usually delivered within the same time as your package. See the Changes & Refund Policy.

- Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from ThruMemory.
- Sign in to My songs with the email you used to order.
- Still nothing? Send us a message and we’ll sort it out.
If we can’t deliver your song, we refund your order in full. Our money-back guarantee also applies for 30 days after delivery.
How long the song page stays online
Song pages stay online for 12 months after delivery. Download the MP3 to keep your song for good.
