Do I need to write the lyrics myself?

No. We write the lyrics from the details you share. With Standard and Express you get two versions of the lyrics, choose one, change any line you like and approve it before the song is recorded.

What details should I include?

Their name (and how to pronounce it), what you most want them to hear, and one real moment or habit that is theirs – the place you met, an inside joke, a phrase they always say. Specific details make the song feel like theirs. You can also tell us anything to leave out.

What are the packages?

They differ by speed, versions and changes. Basic ($9.99): one version, ready within 24 hours. Standard ($19): choose between two lyric versions, two versions of the song, 1 change, ready within 24 hours after you choose the lyrics. Express ($48): the same as Standard with 5 changes, ready within 6 hours after you choose the lyrics. Every package includes a song page with a QR code, the MP3, a printable lyrics poster and our money-back guarantee.

How long does it take?

It depends on the package: Express is ready within 6 hours and Standard within 24 hours after you choose your lyrics; Basic is ready within 24 hours of your order. We email you the moment your song is ready.

What if I don’t like my song?

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your payment in full – no questions asked. If you would rather have it fixed, we can also rework the song for you.

What music styles can I choose?

Pop, acoustic, country, R&B and rock – or let us match the style to your story. You also choose the feeling, the vocal and the energy.

Is the song created using AI?

Yes. We use AI tools for the music and vocals, guided by the details you provide. The vocals are AI-generated, not performed by a human singer.

Can I request changes?

Yes. Standard includes 1 change and Express includes 5 – ask for them on your song page (a line of the lyrics, the name, the style or the tempo) and we re-record the song. Basic doesn’t include changes, but if we got something wrong, like a mispronounced name, we fix it for free.

How do I give the song as a gift?

Every song gets its own page with a QR code: send the link by text, email or WhatsApp, print the QR code on a card, or play it together. Every package also includes the MP3.
